个人简介：

丁毅宏，男，1995年05月生，中共党员。2022年于华北电力大学获管理科学与工程专业博士学位，主要从事能源电力系统低碳转型规划，电碳绿证市场耦合分析等研究工作，主持国家自然科学青年基金项目1项，作为骨干成员参与国家自然科学基金专项项目、面上项目、北京市社科基金等省部级及以上课题多项，在国内外权威期刊上发表论文十余篇，并受邀成为Applied Energy、Energy、Renewable Energy、Journal of Cleaner Production等期刊审稿人。
